Passives like Wukong and Fiddlesticks
They feel meaningless, meanwhile I have to take an entire college level course to understand how Jhin works.

I think there should be a balance. The passive shouldnt just be a stat. Wukongs is literally just stats. Fid's has a bit more gameplay but is pretty boring. Jhin's passive is an older champions entire kit worth of stuff.
I like passives similar to ekko and Sorakas. They are clear in what they do and give off visuals to let everyone know whats about to happen or happening.

Yeah. Stat buff passive are something Riot has tried to steer away from. Their boring and don't require any skill really.

Wukong need a light rework :) mainly on his passive... his kit is mix of dps (speed buff on his E, debuff arm on Q), and burst (E), and poke (q). His passive is for a tank IMO but his W is for an assassin. His E is old school i think (point and click, no skillshot)
