that's not why they changed zilean. it was intended to help him. he can kite, he can throw out his bombs without needing vision of target, and he has a stun now.

People are really butthurt about Vlad lately. Was he picked in LCS or something?

I'd agree with Annie and LeBlanc, but Vlad? He's not burst champ, he is more of consistent poke damage who goes all-in when the time is right. He won't 100-0 you in 2 seconds like LeBlanc and he won't stun whole enemy team while dealing ~1000 damage with Tibbers. He's annoying, and that's it. Other than that, you have to be really ahead to be able to burst down enemies when playing Vlad. If you're not, you'll just deal quite moderate damage, not bs like LeBlanc and Annie, but enough to kill enemy adc if he and his tanks are positioned poorly.
