Is Nunu any good now?

With the huge nerf to his slow duration is this champion even playable now? The damage went down and the slow duration was the most important part of his E since it let him flash snowball and then just catch up. I guess this might make him a slightly better duelist but that seems like a terrible direction for this to go.

As a Nunu main I'm worried. This basically amounts to a rework of E. I never went AP and fully believe that the ap ratio on E is 500% toxic so that's fine by me.

yes it is more cc slows bigger peels only a 10% nerf but cdr decreased so its decent well if u never went ap yet it still good that means he have more peel potential

1s duration its not huge of the nerf.Specially when they buff his cd,mp cost and slow at early lvl.I mean 40% slow at rank 1? thats insane.

That's literally garbage. Tahm has a 70% slow which can stun at greater range for 2 seconds. Calling it insane is ignorant of all numbers associated with this game.

It's a huge damage nerf and a pretty serious nerf to his actual fight power due to the length reduction. The CDR thing forces a shit tier mastery down our throats to break even.
