i was thinking about a slight very slight teemo buff check out my thought :

i was thinking :

Q: blind stays for 10 seconds and deals dmg over time for 5 seconds( 50 dmg/second) + lower cdr

W: teemo moves faster + leaves a bloody trail behind him that poisons anyone who touches it .

E: His E can now , poison, inflict grievous wounds and deals magic damage over time until you die ..(sounds balanced to me )

R: when you step on a shroom you get magic dmg + 40% less MR for 10 seconds. and once you die , your body becomes a mushroom . :)

Just a small buff so i can go back to diamond next season ...
