I don't see why it would be taken on a champion with a dash. And because so many champions have dashes, it would make sense. Give it 20 more movement speed and increase slow reduction to 35%
Edit: 5 movement speed instead of 20.

(Reducing the gap between mobility boots and swiftness boots) Instead, adding more slow reduction (as well as +5 movement speed XD) to it would make it a situational item that you use if you need to outspeed an enemy team with lots of slows

Also adding more available slow reduction to the game...well....look at urgot when he gets over 100% with his W, this item is mostly for self slows.

I'm not sure if I got something confused or what, but I'm pretty sure that Urgot's W makes him slower than the majority of long period slows, as he slows himself quite hard (unless you have a 99% slow like darius W)
Tahminatrix 1 votesYa you got something confused, when you have over 100% slow reduction slows will speed you up... if over 100% becomes more accessible more champs will be able to do that. Urgot is the easiest to do since his w slows him and gives him slow % reduction.

Yeah I was thinking about the mobility boots after I made this post. Something has to be done though.

Khristophoros1 votesThere was a meta where everyone used BoS and then it got nerfed. So if it was buffed it would go back to being used by everybody and subsequently get nerfed and end up being even worse than it is now.

it would make all other boots irrelevant with that much extra,, i mean the base speed of t1 boots is 25
the base speed of t2 boots is 45
already gives 55
and u want to give it 75?.
