Seriously, how to (consistently) beat Riven?

She is unduelable, has an oppressive laning phase, she may not be tanky but she is easily one of the tankiest, if not the tankiest squishy, she has a stun, a knockup, a shield, an AoE execute... Make one mistake and it is over for you, but if Riven makes one mistake she can just escape with her dashes... What about CC? Well, she can just buy a QSS/a tenacity item to counter all the CC they throw at her. What about stacking armor? She can stack armor penetration.

How to beat this champion? I ban her because if the enemy is a main Riven, I know that I will have a hard time winning, and she is the only champion that forces me to use champions that I don't like using just to counter her.

There is honestly no way to lose this matchup short of being 3 man ganked or purposly feeding

Edit: Riven is a champion that you have to pick counters into, or she will stomp you. Its her job.

The problem is that picking a counter is not sufficient, I must be able to beat her post lane phase too, none of her counters can do that.

Cloth five pot is how I do it now. Rush into a massive armor item and just keep buying potions. Any damage you deal to her early will stick and if she cannot snowball she is mostly meh. Though that won't prevent her from suddenly multikilling people elsewhere but it's the thought that counts! :D
