It's 2019, can we please get an AoE jungle item?

Having to rush Tiamat in order to take krugs and chickens in any reasonable amount of time and without losing a significant amount of health, or to push lanes, feels horrible and puts any jungle that needs it at a pretty major disadvantage.

This is why I run marauder. Klepto, gold item, and all the movement speed in the world (plus Celerity and Waterwalking). Then I just roam from lane to lane scaring the enemy. Works far better than traditional jungling.
