Is Katarina a boot one trick champion

So Katarina is good in all slow. She's an op mid who for once isn't a lethality champion like talon who is someone I also like. First time playing her, I got 37 kills and I'm not even good at the game. That's the most I've ever gotten in any of my games. That's even better than the Ashe game where I got my first (and only) pentakill. I was even trying to get one that game. It didn't happen. We lost. From what I see, she has a low skill floor but a huge the skill ceiling. For a champion to be a good one trick champion, they need a high skill cap to be an otp champion but not necessarily a high skill floor like azir (who will remain useless until riot gives him the qol changes that are coming). The nerfs he revived were a huge slap to the face to people who played him and they will have to relearn him when he gets changed. The hard part about Katarina is the daggers. You have to know weather to shumpo to them or not. Once you learn that part, your good to go. So is she a good otp champion.
