revert the swain nerfs, hes completely useless

dft not even good on him since dot will only last 1 second and q lasts 3 while e lasts 4.

1 second snare on a 18 second cooldown while being impossible to land is complete joke, not even enough time to run up to your opponent to e+q them.

too many ways to shit on him, outrange him, outpush him, and even when he hits 6 he doesn't have enough to all in and kill even if he lands his w just because its such a pitifully short duration

you can't even gank for him since w is near impossible to land and even if he lands it, the opponent can just walk away. its also useless to defend against ganks because even if you land it, 1 second is just too pathetically short
