really? late game : 5k hp , 300 armor. pretty much you just spam E in team fight and you win a free pentakill ^_^ his ult is the most broken thing i have ever seen on a tank champion.

Hes actually terrible though, lol, one ranged champion with a slow can perma kite him with little to no danger from him Edit: if you want an easy way to counter him learn to play gnar

The only elo Garen is "OP" is bronze/low silver

Until you achieve higher elo, don't talk about champion balance.

He is so broken, I rarely see him normal games. And if I see him in enemy team then easy kills for my team. Unless his opponent is new.

Late game.item 3035 or item 3135 exists for a reason. With item 3153 , item 3151
