Gotta say, I think Sylas is potentially broken....

Not because of his Ult. His ult is fine.

But..... I can reset his Passive about once per .5 seconds once he has CDR, and his passive boosts Turret damage, and the cooldown on Q, and E give him crazy mobility.

He sort of feels like a better or a mage in how he clears.

The only thing that seems slow is his walking animations.

Proper use of his W is the only challenging part when you are someone used to hitting with fluid hitboxes.

I can definitely think of some monstrous builds on him which aren't just "full mage" (Keep in mind he's melee, and spells reset auto attacks, so unlike most casters/ranged function champs, he can actually use almost like a Yi.....)

How can he "use" Rageblade, exactly? He has no on-hit effects (Petricite Burst is a modified attack, not an on-hit effect), the 25 AD doesn't do much for him, and 25 AP is peanuts.

It's more about the fact it's an instant resetting ability that can apply 15% Magic/Armor Penetration, and the AD and AP both boost Petricite's damage. He can also build Nashors, and every auto attack will apply it in an aoe (I haven't tested if the damage is aoe, but it will boost the initial damage and at least apply Nashors to the initial target).

When combo'd correctly he can auto attack about 5 times in 2 seconds, and has ways to secure those auto attacks (Knockup, Dash, Slow)

The only question I haven't answered yet, is if it does more damage than a pure AP build. I'm willing to bet it gives it a run for its money, because the penetration is cheap compared to what's offered in other sources, especially if you have Transcendence and get a Nashors.
