Mordekaiser QoL buff

First off, I'm not sure if this should be called QoL, but I can't really understand why it wouldn't work this way, so here we go. -_- I was sitting in a train, on the way to school. I decided to take a look at some champions on the LoL wiki, and when looking at Mordehue I realised something

> Iron Man: Mordekaiser shields himself for 25% of the damage dealt by his abilities, halved to 12.5% against enemy minion and capped at 25% maximum health. After a 1.5 second delay, Iron Man's shield decays at a rate of 1.5% base health per second down to a minimum of 「 6.25% maximum health 」.

The shield he gains scales with the amount of damage Morde deals. So Mordekaiser has a really low base health pool. And practically no base armor And when behind, he'll be even squishier because he won't have items to deal damage. With the way his passive currently works, Having no damage = Having no shield gain.

So now you might think, ''Yeah, so? That seems pretty fair..'' Now remember that Mordekaiser has no crowd control. 0. This also means Morde will have unusually low value to his team when he is behind. A behind Malphite or Hecarim can provide some use to his team with their crowdcontrol. A behind Mordekaiser can hope his team is strong enough to kill a member on the enemie team, so he can ult the guy before he dies and have a ghost for some slap damage.

He also has a really short range, so he can be easily kited around -_- What I suggest:

> Iron man: > Mordekaiser shields himself for 25% of the damage dealt by his abilities, with a minimum of X% of his maximum shield, halved to 12.5% against enemy minion and capped at 25% maximum health. The shield gain is calculated before resistances and damage reduction > After a 1.5 second delay, Iron Man's shield decays at a rate of 1.5% base health per second down to a minimum of 「 6.25% maximum health 」.

On a sidenote, I know his E already functions this way :P summoner 31

I have an issue with the shield gain ignoring resistances. While I admit there isn't much for Morde to do when behind other than secure Ghost Dragon, I don't like that when he's ahead he can target my tank and Q him once for all his shield back. You should look for more than when he's just behind, so the ahead don't profit more.

This kinda seems fair, what yur saying I mean, but in reality, All Morde gets to do in some fights is slapping the tanks. Morde's in a bad spot right now, and I feel like it could be the love he needs :3 Or atleast, some of it. summoner 31
