Seriously, we don't need to lower the hitbox. We can just lower his speed on the E, which will be realistic because that's a lot of weight.

That's not realistic. If he was to lose his E speed then it would be hella unrealistic because collision with such a weight with low speed shouldn't be as devastating as it is now. Also Graggy is a strong man as he walks with barrel full of alcohol whole day holding it with one hand or whirling it on top of his finger so throwing himself shouldn't be much of a problem too.
