Rumble in the jungle
No i'm not talking about his actual skin.
Whatever he is lacking in lane, he makes up for by being in the jungle. He is currently a weak pick in the current meta. I feel like he has a really awkward gameplay when played top. He doesn't bully that much, and when he does, he pushes the lane and becomes exposed to ganks. When he gets bullied, he has lots of trouble farming and will fall behind.
In the jungle he his so much more consistent.
His clear is great. His ganks might not be god-tier, but he has tons of early game damage and strong slow plus decent mobility and a strong map presence even pre-six.
Currently i've been running 0/18/12 masteries, and a tanky build seems perfect for him. My usual build looks like Merc's treads, Cinderhulk, Deadman's plate, Abyssal scepter, Randuin's and Liandry's.
The only annoying bit is charging up the passive to get a buffed Q on first clear.
