Zyra rising to almost 55% wr with this patch

If you're gonna bring up winrate then isnt the winrate of people who dont know how to play the champion more important to showing which champion is stronger just by numbers alone. And just as a side note im not one to think winrates decide anything because winrates have a ton of other factors involved such as hyper carries do alot better with morg than with zyra due to her spell shield granting immunity to cc where as zyra has to be that carry and can usually do it from the support position if played well just with her dps alone.

My logic is simple: Balance means balance in serious ranked plays, not casual having fun games. And if you aren't even familiar with your champion or enemy champion, then there is no "balance". It's all about luckiness or randomness. Only when both sides understand the champion enough and can cast/dodge skillshots in a reasonable way, we can start talking about balance (otherwise, we would always observe that skillshots are "stronger" than those skills that always hit)

zyra is really supposed to be a lane bully and a dps. She lacks mobility, has no survive skills and is easy to get killed by any assassin. Therefore, when damage of zyra is nerfed to the same or lower level than average champion, she becomes completely useless. If riot wants to nerf zyra's early laning power, no problem, give zyra some late game power or survival power. For example: How about spawning plants when zyra uses ult? How about making plants last longer and hurt more at very late game?

BTW: A lot of people are complaining about zyra plants harass. But zyra W has 36 seconds full CD... If zyra uses her two W seeds and misses the harass, she will be vulnerable for 36 seconds. This is almost the cd of lux ult. No one is complaining about lux ult overpowered?
