the power to have global presence is pretty strong, should they give it a higher cooldown and didn't riot want to stop split pushing or something of the sort?

wouldn't teleport make the game go on for less, because you would have to wait longer to go back and protect ur turret? i had a game with 3 people on each team had teleport and the back and forth made the game go on for awhile.
