Was it intentional to rework him to a point that he can only function as a jungle or top laner? He can go bot, but he gets bullied a nd harassed out of lane pretty hard by just about all other ADCs. I can't help but think that this was not intended, but considering how long its been since the marksmen update you guys seem to not care that he can't go bot lane at all.
PrimeWraith1 votesI think they reworked him cuz he is a thick character, muscular.
if you notice, all adc's currently are skinny
Legendsofthedark1 votesIt's not that they don't care, it's that both Riot and the majority of players these days prefer him in the jungle/top. It's an interesting adaptation that they support, simmilarly to how they support Quinn jungle/top and don't try to pigeonhole either of them in the bot lane marksman role.

but quinn can still function as a bot lane carry, graves can't.
