You can assassinate pretty much anyone from stealth if they don't immediately hard-CC you.
It also propels you to late-game status much faster so you can slaughter entire teams.

Especially when the enemy has no magic resist. The rage from a one-hit death of Dark Matter is delicious.
Ok, look. I'm. Not sayin I'm proud of myself or anything. Not saying this champion isn't already a nightmare to fight even if they aren't fed. But yo. A fed 
makes me a happy boy. You just run around, ramming your trident up people's butt.
And yeah, I know, it makes a generally easy champ easier, I'm not denying that. But I'm just saying it's fun as balls to just run around, troll poling everyone and steamrolling pretty much everything.
I take no pride in playing a champ that becomes a nightmare to play when fed. I do however, find great amusement in it.

probably, because it doesn't matter what my team sucks at I can make up for it if I'm fed. Support no good? I got heals and speed. ADC's terrible? I can sword-slap people at range. Mid laner can't bring the heat? I've got more burst than Annie. Tank is made of Styrofoam? Invulnerability baby. Only thing I can't do is smite... and if I'm playing jungle, screw it, I do that too.
Picked him up recently (Normally I pretty much play Mordekaiser only). When you get fed it's an easy quadra if they gank you.
Thresh & Blitzcrank; noone expects either of them to burst down tanks.
