This especially applies to shaco players. Some shaco skins it is impossible to distinguish the real shaco from the fake shaco even for allies. This means the support ends up buffing the fake shaco. Or when you are trying to click the ally shaco to use something and then he deceives somewhere else making you have to move your mouse cursor. Don't even get me started on the fact that assassins players try to dodge every lux shield. This also applies to adc players who end up kiting their own melee support. Let's say someone is playing braum and wants to stun a diving enemy, but the ally adc keeps moving along with the enemy, meaning he can't auto attack the enemy or even get in range to w the ally adc. Remember, this is a 5v5 game, not a 1v9 game.

you cant blame shaco for his teammates being unable to distinguish the real him, let alone an assasin for being too mobile for a lux to land her shield.

Unless youre in voice chat, you cant really assume what someone else is going to do unless youre in mid diamond. You arent going to play dumb under the assumption it will set up someone else for a good play. You need to play for yourself in soloqueue until you get to a point where you can expect everyone to teamplay well.
