My friend (who has honor 5), has gotten 1 honor capsule this entire season.
Maybe Riot should enhance the chance to get one?

I've gotten two, was honor 5 pretty fast too cuz I play alot. It's a reaaaaally low drop rate.
I have gotten an absolute ton of keys from honor though.
i've gotten like 5? Nothing special in them anyway.
I lost count after the second one where I got medieval twitch, but I think I got 4? I still wouldn't count this as a lot for the amount of chests you can get throughout a season's duration. Then again, the new honor system was introduced in 7.13, so that probably has something to do with it.
How active was your friend, I play this game for over 20 hours every week, and I only got 4 honor capsules.
ive gotten 7 so far in 3 months of playing :(
I know I atleast got two, one with Grey Warwick and another that I got this morning. I'm pretty sure I got a few more but I don't remember for sure.
