Fiora early game is way to strong for a champion whos strong point is supposed to be late game.
She simply has too much power early. Maybe a nerf to her mana costs to prevent her from mindlessly spamming q?

i guess they could do the lucian thing and have it start out at a slightly higher cost and scale down to 0 at rank 5.
would help her not be quite as shit in extended teamfights midgame at the least at the cost of a little bit of early power. because while early game her mana isnt an issue, in extended teamfights where she has to nonstop spam her abilities to work, she actually tends to run out of mana.

I say this about every late game champion.
Every single champion with an attack reset is strong in the early game, especially at level 1.
