Draven is actually disgusting, and i dont think its a problem with DD. His kit is inherently broken, and it started when the buffed him for literally no reason a few patches back. Riot, please stop ignoring this mess of a champion and nerf his ass.

I'm fucking sorry but Draven especially and the whole roster should get their ass reworked to not be able under any circumstances unless ridicioulsly fed to 1v1 divers and assassins at point blank range without kiting.
Draven is the biggest abuser of this, he barely needs to catch his axes but stand in place and autoattack
SOLUTION Buff Urgot regardless of rework, poke Draven out of fountain :3

Hate to break it to you but there are far more unbalanced 1v1 champs, namely akali. Draven is shut down-able. He is snowball by nature, as his passive directly makes him so. He is meant tosnowball even harder than riven.
And Draven is actually far more easy to shutdown, he does have clear weaknesses and any hard engage shuts him down completely even when fed. Last i checked this was a 5v5 game. If you keep trying to 1v1 a Draven who had a great laning phase, that's your own problem.
Honestly, i'd rather see adcs like Draven, Vayne and Twitch continue to be strong. Than medium risk high reward adcs like Caitlyn or Lucian continue to dominate lanes just because they're Caitlyn and Lucian.
Draven is just too good at doing damage. This is because his W makes him focus more on AD and less on ATK Speed.
Around the time Braum doesn't neutralize him.
