E.g. I still build BT ---> Trinity Force/Last Whisper on a lot of my AD Carries to spike in the mid game instead of going for IE ---> PD/Shiv. I still build a lot of Flat Magic Pen on the likes of Zac and Elise ( ) to make the most of their % HP damage.
