her stats are nerfed into trash and oblivion her armor is the same at lvl 13 as is pyke at lvl 3 for some reason her magic resists is at lvl 12 as it is for akali at lvl 1
yes, i must not compared to others but i just display how trash her stats are now after those nerfs
her mana costs are highest in the game,every skill reaching almost 100 mana
where are the changes mentioned to her

It's almost like he is literally unable to increase his base HP so he has high resistances to compensate. Also aren't resistances bad and not worth it? So what is the issue?
