Now that Kog can't abuse every single item here are some ideas for Wit's End, Botrk, and Rageblade

item 3091 Wit's Enditem 3091 Builds out of: item 1042 item 1043 item 1042 item 1057 item 1033 Cost: 2728g (42g) Stats: -65 Magic Resist -50% Attack Speed Passive: Basic attacks grant 5 on hit magic damage stacking up to 6 times for a total of 30 on hit magic damage. Active: At max stacks Wit's End may be activated. When activated, the user sacrifices 42% of their total magic resistance and converts it into attack speed which scales based on how much magic resistance was sacrificed. The effect lasts for 8 seconds and after the effect is over the attack speed is lost and the magic resistance is regained.

Magic Resist and Attack Speed both buffed. Magic Resist steal is removed and is replaced with an active on the item. On hit magic damage lowered and now is on a stacking system. Now has a unique active that lowers the users MR but gives them attack speed in return. This makes it so the item doesn't turn into too much of a stat stick and to get full benefit out of it you have to sacrifice some durability.

This is also can't be abused by tanks like Titanic Hydra can when it's strong because tanks can't make very good use of attack speed and lowering their MR is risky because they are supposed to be the ones soaking up damage instead of doing it which gears this towards bruisers. I think it's a pretty interesting thing to add into the game to allow for more interesting plays and decision making.

item 3153 Blade of the Ruined Kingitem 3153 Cost lowered to 3200g from 3400g Passive damage increased to 7% of targets current health

Right now Botrk is pretty trash and only a few champions buy it. Too pricey for what it gives and the passive nerf really hurt it so just a few small buffs to make it a little bit of a better buy.

item 3124 Guinsoo's Ragebladeitem 3124 Builds out of: item 1026 item 1043 item 1037 Cost: 3200g (475g) Stats: -30 AD -45 AP Passive: Basic attacks deal 15 on hit magic damage. Basic attacks grant +6% attack speed, 3 AD, and 3 AP for 5 seconds stacking up to 8 times (2 stacks per auto attack for melee champions and 1 stack for ranged). At max stats gain Guinsoo's Rage. Guinsoo's Rage: Basic attacks deal 20(+20% Bonus AD)(+15%AP) on hit magic damage to the target as well as nearby targets. This effect lasts for 6 seconds and refreshes on basic attacks

Similar to the old rageblade but the power has been shifted into Guinsoo's Rage over pure stats. The stats the item gives upon purchase have been lowered. The stats gained from the stacking passive have been nerfed compared to old rageblade (48% attack speed down from 64%, AD remains the same, and 24 AP down from 32 AP). Guinsoo's Rage has been buffed to 20% bonus AD up from 15% bonus AD and 10% AP up from 7.5% AP. This means that just buying the item won't give you a huge spike like old rageblade used to and is more focused on getting that sweet bonus effect at 8 stacks.

The cost is 400 more gold than old rageblade so you have to invest more time into the power spike. Making it 8 stacks again but giving melee champions 2 stacks per auto attack gives them an advantage over ranged champions who buy the item so there is less abuse from ranged champions who buy it. Much more balanced than old rageblade and is actually good and is much easier to balance than the current iteration of rageblade.

Ideas are always welcome. Thoughts?

I'll speak to Wit's End since that's what I normally do.

The problem with Wits is that there are only a few champions who are really interested in all the stats that it provides. It's a mid-game item, but it has a pretty painful build. These two factors don't make very many champs who might find it attractive happy. The suggestion here would arguably make both issues even worse.

As I see it, one of two routes should be taken by Riot with respect to Wit's.

Route the First: Create a new component item (item 1042 +item 1043) that grants 35% IAS and 30 OnHit Magic Damage. We'll call it Malady. Malady would be used as a root item for a tree of tanky OnHit gear sorta like what Zeal offers right now. Malady plus Negatron gives you Wit's End. Malady plus Warden's Mail gives you Faebane (base attack speed stealing item). Malady plus QSS gives you Dervish Blade. Malady plus Giant's Belt gives you Ionic Spark (every third attack against a target releases a chain lightning that applies OnHit effects to nearby targets). Malady plus Raptor's Cloak gives you Sword of the Divine (onhit magic damage plus onhit healing).

So as you can see, each item bolsters each other item. The damage isn't as good as crit/ad, obviously. But they work well together and would make Malady items the bruiser equivalent of Zeal items.

Route the Second: Remove the magic resist shred from Wit's End. Give it ramping OnHit damage instead. That would be pretty simple and make it attractive to a much wider range of champs since only a few can really make use of the MR shred.

The rageblade is supposed to be a berserker item, but Riot forgot that berserkers even existed and decided to change its niche completely to an item that was only useful on a reworked champion that just got unreworked.

He can't really abuse wit's end because it has a stacking effect rather than an immediate 40 on hit magic damage. Same for rageblade.

the ult applies on it, like Wit's End. shred with ult, finish with Q

There's no more MR shredding.

in your wish for the item, yes. But as the actual item is currently in reality it does shred mr, thus it works for champs like warwick.

item 3091 Wits Ends purpose is to be protection item. This active defeats that purpose i think Wits End should stay the way it is. The only thing it should be changed is Wits End does 50% MR into Magic Damage instead having 40 flat magic damage So when you build MR you get dmg

item 3153 is pricey enough

200 gold cheaper and increase % hp on botrk is not a "small" buff by any means. It's huge.
