Devourer needs some pretty big nerfs

It's clearly a problem when you see ADC's like Vayne jungling (sometimes on both teams).

What about Twitch? He used to jungle and it wasn't a problem.

Why are you letting a Vayne afk freefarm for 20 minutes?

Can she even gank pre 6? Probably not. Devourer as it is is a fragile thing, doing it with Vayne is just suicide.

With red buff and Condemn, I dont see how her ganks would be bad, she just tumbles into an extended lane, Condemns the enemy into your team, and then prays she makes it out alive.

And then gets bursted, since she has no damage until devourer is sated and is fragile as an ADC. Can work in low ELO ganking a bot lane.
