then why is there so much clamoring for 
buffs when the entirety of their minigame and character is acquiring a lot of stats faster than you can keep up with their growth?

kindred's mobility and DPS is noticeably connected to being inside her W. I.E. if you can force her to fight out of it, or bait her to fight out of it, she is a LOT weaker.
kindred has an ult that completely defies "numbers".
