Like dota, matches you play without buddies counts as solo mmr and will have a different rank altogether. For obvious reasons the solo rank would be way more valuable than group rank and solo players can say:
"We're both diamond, so? I didn't get carried here by my friends like you did, instead I got it with my own effort!"

PDE5 Inhib1 votesOr make it so 5s play 5s 100% of the time. Games are 2s and 3s vs 2s and 3s 100% of the time. And 5 solo players play 5 solo players 100% of the time. Wouldn't stop the MMR being useless, but it would alleviate the soloQ problem of me playing with a 4 man premade full of dicks.

Good option, remove the ability to queue as 4.
