Why does Riot keep trying to enforce a tank meta by leaving Grasp so insanely broken?

Of all the keystones that bear resemblance to their classic counterparts, Grasp of the Undying was the only one to not only be left alone but also get insanely buffed.

Champions like Cho'Gath and Maokai need to do less damage and get less healing if anything......

There's nothing "insanely broken" about it. The health stacking portion takes so many uses to matter that you would have to constantly keep up with the stacking all game, which is incredibly hard to do. Honestly, for most tanks, Aftershock is the better choice.

I think its one of the weaker keystones. Realistically its like old grasp with 100—200 extra hp. The rune that gives up to 80% attack speed or the burst ones look way more game changing to me. ( Speaking about keystones in general, not keystones for tanks).
