Blade Weaver

Melee: Every 10 seconds your next auto attack briefly grounds your target for 1 second and deals 20-60 (+ 20% AP) or (+ 15% bonus AD) bonus true damage based on level. Auto attacks reduce the cool-down by 1.5 second. Ranged: Every 10 seconds your next auto attack deals 20-60 (+ 20% AP) or (+ 15% bonus AD) bonus true damage based on level. Auto attacks reduce the cooldown by 1 seconds.

Alright finally finished my concept for precision tree, created a keystone that kinda fills the missing link for a keystone for bruisers. I can add links to my concepts for Domination, Sorcery and Inspiration concepts ive done, just ask in comments. Looking for Rioter and community feedback. :3 The numbers and effects are up for change. Also working on my final concept for Resolve.

reverse the cooldown bonus between Ranged/Melee fighters, then it'd be okay. otherwise it's just broken as fuck for Ranged ADCs
