CAN YOU CHANGE YASUO'S E ALREADY!

If you just scream about Yasuo's E and slap a bunch of theorical situations, of course his E is going to sound like bullshit. But if you get technical, it's clear his E is nowhere as good as the boards think it is.

1. Only dash in the game stopped by non displacement hard cc.
2. Can only dash onto enemy targets, making it a bad tool for escaping (unreliable at best).
3. Fixed range

People constantly underestimate these factors. Just play kassadin a bit, and you'll understand how significant having the handicap of a targeted dash is.
