Randomizer Doom Bots?

If anyone who hasn't played Team Fortress 2, there is a mod that randomizes all the classes and weapons. So if you were a pyro... instead of having a standard flamethrower, you might have the minigun the heavy carried? Every time you respawned you would get a random set of 5 things to use. I think doom bots should be like that EXCEPT for us. Like when we as a player respawn we can get any ability from the champs within that game or the whole league of legends pool? You could make where you were limited to 1 random ultimate on R but everything else could be anything ** random** every time you respawned. Since doom bots sort of have pimped out abilites, what if we made it randomizer?? Just an idea.
