New champions im hoping for in 2017

A vampire hunter. Think the Belmont family from the castlevania series (uses a whip to kill vampires.) We have no champion that uses any sorta whip as a weapon and this could market future theme skins with Vlad and the upcoming VGU Warwick. EDIT: i forgot about thresh XD. A human that has powers. That simple. When elementalist lux came out it gave me such a nostalgic final fantasy feel and if riot could touch that again and apply to it a new champion would be great. Someone who could steal another champions power or borrow it.

Whip user: Thresh is pretty much the closest we have.

Human with powers: Taliyah

Champion that can steal powers: honestly seems too difficult to balance.

Personally I'd like to see more champions with varied weapons. Or just less swords, we have enough swords.

3: is basically Sombra from Overwatch.

What we are actually missing is a true Red-Mage type of character. Spell and blade intermixed. Of course, part of this issue is the balance problem of hybrid champs always just going one way or the other.

I'll continue to long for my Noxian sergeant veteran support who spouts Warhammer quotes. I'm still a bit bitter with the first Noxian in four years being a comedy yordle top laner - the polar opposite of what I wanted in pretty much every category.
