Is evelynn good and what kind of build is optimal

Eve is a fun champion as long as you can start popping off and run with that lead. I'm actually excited for the evening rework. Her new passive is going to be like a tahlyah passive. She is invisable while near a wall. I want to see her as more of a full on oneshot stealthy assasin. Anyways I tried tank Eve and I got more kills than ap Eve but in the AP Eve game, I did alot more damage and chuncked people. I had a 68% kill participation with a 4.0 kda while going 8/7/20. Some say she falls off and gets outscaled. I'm not sure if that's the case. Is Eve good and what build do I go. Do I go for an ad of-tank diver or do I go for an ap assasin.

I haven't played Eve jungle in forever, but when I did, I liked to start red and cheese mid over and over as lv 2 until they burn flash or die (or start to rage in allchat). You don't even have to get kills, just force the enemy to play back and fear you so your own team gets lane control. Eve's mid game is so good that as long as you don't feed horrifically you can get your pop pretty reliably after your first item is done.

I liked to run Trinity/Frozen, but now I'd prob go standard LichBlade.

Evelynn's Build path usually consists of this.

Runic Echo's with either Red or Blue smite, Protobelt, Lich Bane, Void Staff and Liandries Torment. You can switch up the one you want after runic echo's but 90% of the time it's Protobelt followed by Lich Bane or Vise Versa. Dictate what you want to buy based off of how fed you are, I'd get protobelt first if i'm not fed but lich bane if i am, liandries is a must if the enemy team is fairly tanky meaning if the vast majority of the enemy team has more than 2000 health, liandries is most likely a good buy. Throw in a Banshee's Veil if you need it.
