Earlier Surrender and New idea to quicken already lost games.

Scenario: You enter a ranked game and one of your players did not connect. Immediately a surrender vote pops up that says 'Oopsie. One of your teammates didn't connect. Would you like to keep playing this game?' Now your team has a chance to vote whether or not you want to go through with a game that you already have a disadvantage from the first 15 seconds. Everyone can move on to the next ranked game. No baby raging, no waiting to get stomped and then waiting 20 minutes to surrender. (it might even be cool to add an 0 LP loss for everyone if they surrender from the start.) I also suggest that if Riot likes these new snowball type games that only last 15 min. That the surrender vote timer be active at the 15 min mark. These are all just thoughts and idea I had on the subject. Do you have any ideas of your own? Let me know in the comments below.
