Fizz playful/trickster unable to go off

I was just in a game where I was Fizz diving an Udyr under his inhibitor turret. When he went to stun me I used playful/trickster to jump out, after that my ability never went on cool down, it just grayed out and said that I was unable to cast that ability. After spamming it out of frustration I discovered that I could no longer use playful/trickster and Udyr inevitably caught up to me and I died. When I re-spawned I was unable to use playful/trickster until I cast another ability. I just wanted Riot to be aware of this bug and wondered if anybody had the same issue.
