I don't get it..

I hear these tales in Bronze where people win games in a row and they aren't the carry. I don't get how they pair people up in matches. Cause I constantly get the 1/10 @ 20 people on my teams. I've gone from series to B1 to B3 in 2 days, and I've played poorly in 1-2 of all those games. I truly cannot understand how this just is random.

The problem with winning a game and not being the carry is that your team either had someone carrying them hard or they had superior team work. If neither is the case, then there is no possible way you can win.

Unless you carry of course.

I just can't carry that hard sometimes. I can carry when my mates even do average of like 5/5, 10/10, etc. but when my jungler is 1/19, top 2/10, supp 1/9, adc 6/11 and me 16/3, the fuck can you do?

A lot actually. At that point, it becomes a carry AND teamwork game. If your team is willing to work together, you guys can delay a little until your team catches up a bit. Then you can push for a good team fight and win the game.

It boils down to a lack of mechanics/skill.

It only takes a general grasp of how a champion works in order to use it effectively in a team play situation. I assume at least a small majority like (55%) or so of Bronze players possess this. Obviously I have nothing to base that statistic on, but the point is that it only takes a general grasp of mechanics to make team work count well in a team fight situation.

In Bronze, I would assume that this works quite well in everyone's favor as everyone should be equally inexperienced (unless there's a smurf).

I'd say a great way to climb out of bronze is to find a Duo buddy. Me and my duo buddy almost never lose because we mostly cover top and mid, top for pushing and getting objectives while mid can keep other lanes in check.

You seem like a decent player, you could do better CSing but that's a detail. I'd say find one or two main champions, and a duo buddy. Learn every lane, learn different playstyles, learn how to build from shop and not have build orders.

If you already have all those mastered, and you have a friend who is equally skilled, you already have the advantage and will win more games.

I have yet to play one game in Bronze where any lane other than my own gets fed on my team. I've fed on some games and did bad on some, but NEVER have a different lane been fed besides mine. All you can do is keep your team united, hopefully keeping them even, and lead them to victory.

I can't ever find a solid duo mate. I just feel like I can play decently every single game, and it's very rare that I feed. So it's just really annoying that I am a magnet for teammates who lack the skill to even play a single lane. I can play all lanes really well, and I used to main jungle, so I don't mind playing all roles. It just it so deterring of me ever wanting to play ranked. I literally won't ever get out solo because of this shit.

You will, trust me if you deserve to leave bronze you will. It might take a longer time but you will make it out if you do belong in a higher elo.

That's what people say if they don't say "You should carry if you're good." to me. But when I start making progress, I end of losing it all in a day. In a 3 day span, I went from Bronze 4 to Bronze 2 with 65 LP. Kept winning, then losing, winning, then losing. Finally won a couple in a row, had 90 LP, then I lost 9/10 and am in Bronze 3 with 7 LP. So it's just frustrating to think that a couple days of working on it can all go to shit because of a string of bad mates.

Every game is not winnable. People should not respond to these threads with their tricks because it gives others false hope. There is no trick to it. You just have to play a lot of games. If you play well you will be more likely to win. If you win more you will be more likely to move up. It is that simple. "Carrying" is not the answer. Most people probably make that up. At the very least their ability to carry every game is greatly exaggerated. My theory for why this exists is because most people plat and above don't really know what they did to rank up. So they tell people "just carry the game." I am 100% positive most of them did not rank up in this manner.

The only thing I can tell you is to try and have more of an impact than just on your own lane. It only makes sense. If you take objectives and get kills/assists everywhere then you are more likely to win the game. Also being 12-1 doesn't really help you that much if you never do anything with all the gold you got from those kills. This will shut down enemy champions and help get your teammates back into the game. Also narrowing your champion pool would probably help. I know that sounds weird but specializing can really help in soloq. Try and get really good with just a few champions and play them all the time.

I went from maining jungle to maining mid lane, because I feel like the potential to snowball is better in the mid lane. I've been purely focusing on Jayce mid because he is unusual since he is mainly seen top. I try to snowball as often as possible, and I roam frequently enough. I go bot or top when I see them extended if my laner is oom or dead. I just find myself often headed down and ping incoming and they engage far too early, give up a double kill and I just lost CS in lane because they didn't wait 3 more seconds on the engage. It's stuff like that that keeps happening in my games. For instance, peeled last game since my mid laner was forced to back, roam bot lane, Lucian goes in premature and gets killed, blitz missing his hook, I hit my Q, but Morgana (who Blitz missed the hook on), snared me, triple kill. Had Lucian waited literally 1 more second to engage and stayed behind his supp, it woulda been an easy double since they were over-extended. It's just poor tactics and mechanics that I find myself running into more often than not. Carrying isn't possible in Bronze. It's only possible when you get 4 other competent mates, which is more than often not possible.
