I once had a smurf who told me "Stop hard pinging me I m a smurf" Yeah well as far as I know beeing a smurf doesn t make you unkillable and I consider you like everyone else an idiot until proven otherwise.

And if you're a Diamond smurf, I expect you to not go 2/16/7 on any carry champs.

Smurfing alone is bad enough. It's the same thing as Peyton Manning dressing in the uniform of his alma mater and pretending to be seventeen again to play on his high school team.

But what you're talking about is Manning doing this, and then criticizing the high school receivers for playing at the high school level instead of the NFL level.

Real smurfs will never admit it, even as they 1 v 5 your entire team and take 2 towers, nah man im just a regular silver player honest.

The ones who say they are smurfs scare me because they are also smurfs from bronze 5 after they bought a diamond or gold account.

In all my matches playing League, only once has a person who actually said "I'm a Smurf" been a smurf. I've played with plenty before, but the ones who say it out loud usually aren't genuine. The real one I played with went 12-0-0 by 10 minutes in and then held the game hostage because nobody else on our team was fed and they threatened to throw the game because we were bad and needed to be lower MMR.

All the other wannabes just use "I'm a smurf" to get the position they want and then feed.

other thing I don't understand, is why does a smurf ask for a certain role when diamond players are supposed to play every role?

If you're a diamond smurf, you're probably diamond 5 and not good enough to climb any further, so you need to feel better about yourself by playing against newer players.

The only time I admit to smurfing is when someone explicitly asks me if I am. I used to say I was like a dick but now it's just kinda whatever haha.

I have a smurf in silver, but when i play on it I never say I'm a smurf. I'm just here to enjoy the game and pratice new champion carelessly, so people don't expect anything from me. I sometime say it after the game when people ask if I'm a smurf, but most people pretending to be a smurf are ether lier that want their position or arrogant guy. They usually underestimate opponent, take bad habit on landing skillshot (predictable, no junk in silver) and never expect a smurf on the other side.

I own the smurf account named HeFeedethOnAshes, in which I play ADC and lose to lv8 players because I am the most appallingly bad adc in in Gold ELO. For this reason, I am able to hold conversation on detailed mechanics with the enemy mid lane smurf, all while I get wrecked by a caitlyn who accidentally brought smite.
