So rhe enemy team picked Graves top

So I was like well I'll pick tank Ekko and it was great for a little while. Then I started denying him farm and it was better. I started building ap since I was ahead..... So I hit 6 and got my ult and was like sweet now I can't die. So I went after him. With q and e both hitting and my passive I only did half of his health In damage which is fine whatever it's early. This mother fucker killed like 3 minions and was at full health again with a fucking dorans blade and no potions. The lifesteal off of his fucking passive is bullshit. He's going to win top lane against every match up because he is tanky to begin with and then he has this crazy sustain????
