I don't know if it's a glitch or just bad programming, but when Lee uses his ult you get snared or stopped for .5-1.0 seconds before he actually kicks you. It's bizarre and I'm just confused.
(Rewording; He targets a champion with his ult, and the targeted champion becomes frozen in place for .5 - 1.0 seconds before he actually kicks you.)

His ult also stuns you for 0.5 seconds once you land, IIRC.
