when above 75% energy can energy champions get faster regen?
Like for kennen if I just want to poke with q. Or farm with it with more cdr. Not sure how that would translate on other energy champions however. Perhaps could increase per lvl mostly noticeable late game. Like from0 to 6 no different than currently at lvl 6,11,16 get faster regen when above 75% energy. Or perhaps like garen when not in battle they have faster regen. It would still keep them gated anytime a fight breaks out, as soon as they cast two spells they'll be below the threshold.
