Riot is unfairly enforcing the jungle meta preseason

There is no way that the new jungle is fair for all junglers. The jungle is being tuned in a way that target nerfs every farm heavy jungler, and improving conditions for the already strong early game junglers. I frankly don't believe riot when they say "we will look at affected junglers hit too hard" they said the same thing when they removed devourer and proved that to be a lie.
