Is Graves jungle still a thing?

Saw him a few times than I had a 2-3 weeks pause so I don't know if it is still viable or not?

I think so. League of Legends isn't anything but Mortal Kombat 2.0.

It's still used, just the lower ELO community tends to drift from pick to pick rather than continually using them, which high ELO does.

As long as his kit stays the way it is he will be a jungler and a pretty top tier one too.

But...as a non Graves player I am wondering why is he more viable in jungle than on the bot lane as ADC?

Well, his passive makes jungling incredibly easy because he can kite the monsters so good and take almost no damage and he farms it incredibly fast as well

He only has 425 range and has to reload after every two shots, and you have to be in someone's face in order to do the most damage...When you throw a support in the mix that's not going to be exactly easy for graves to do to another ADC

Ok mate ty. :) I have played Graves as ADC long time before his rework so I didn't have an idea how his kit actually works now.

He is usable as an ADC, but it's not worth the hassle. Try last hitting with him early game and you will understand.
