Actually, Frozen Heart's AS slow works for doubling Liandry's damage. So it is not far-fetched to wonder whether this also works for new Bond of Stone.

You can try it in a ~~custom ~~ practice mode.

The last time I did (and I still needed to do it in a custom), it worked.

Just remember to freeze your XP gain to not influence something with that.

His E is really strong once you get the hang of it. You should really only ever miss if the enemy has a dash Vayne Ezreal Tristana Lucian or they use flash once you get good with it.

I still think winspeaker's blessing will be the way to go on Taric though. The 4 man AOE buffs in team fights is just to valuable.
