When is Kennen going to be made viable at Diamond?

Picking him right now is basically putting your entire team at a disadvantage, because he's in such a terrible spot. His 1v1 is atrociously bad, and the mixture of mobility creep and added CC have made his ult nearly unusable without flash, and often even with flash.

He really needs to be brought up to speed with the current state of the game. He was fine up until season 3, but he's been falling out of relevance since season 4, and is currently at rock bottom. His only purpose right now is stomping bad players.

Considering that he was flexed into 3 different positions in Worlds. I would seriously doubt that he's trash.

Not a relevant question, as the point was that Kennen is indeed strong enough to be worth picking at Worlds. W/L in a tournament is going to be extremely skewed and even more worthless than regular W/L ratios for determining how viable a champion may be.
