Infernal Drake needs replaced with something far less general-purpose

Perhaps an increase to Ability Damage and bonus on-hit damage or something.

While it serves it's purpose as an offensive buff, a flat percentage increase to AP and AD is far too generally useful.

Many shields, heals, and other non-damaging abilities, scale with these stats. basic attack damage, and thus siege power, scales with these stats.

Infernal drake as it is suffers from being just too good at everything, which makes it the only dragon that you absolutely 100% cannot afford to give up, as its benefits cannot be played around once received.

That's the entire point of that drag in relation to the others. it's the one you should all be like, "oh shit we gotta make sure we get this one and the enemy doesn't" drag.

There needs to be one of these for drags to truly have variance, as if they are all equally important, or all equally not important, they'd all consistently get prioritized into a snowball where whoever gets first drag gets them all, or consistently ignored into irrelevance, which was the problem with the old drag system.

Ocean drake is good situationally but is more general purpose as well, as it provides consistent sustain and thus allows you to back less and makes you more resilient to extended seiges and rotations, etc it is also powerful early for your laners.

This drake is thus more or less effective depending on the type of comp you have or the point at which it spawns.

Air Drake allows for less time wasted getting from point A to point be, makes for more powerful chase and initiation and makes specific champions that like to roam or benefit from OoC MS more potent, like Hecarim and Talon.

Mountain drake makes getting OTHER objectives easier, so getting them can opt into getting a Baron much faster, or even just your splitpushers etc. But the amount it provides isn't to the point where it id a deal breaker. its a"this is very good to get but it wont ruin the game if we dont, but it still kinda sucks if they get it.

Infernal is the drake that you cannot under any circumstances let the enemy have. That's its purpose, its job, its niche. it's why it exists.

The buff you describe is far more generically useful than the current buff. All ability-using champions in the game benefit from ability damage and all auto attacking champions benefit from on-hit damage.

Infernal drake as it stands, by contrast, only really benefits champions who build large amounts of flat AD and AP. Tanks that lean on base damages and on-hit champions gain little benefit from the dragon while mages and AD casters see huge returns.
