Can we have shyvana's old passive back or a new one that is guarenteed to do somthing

Im willing to go as far to say shyvana's passive doesnt give you guarenteed stats and is the worst passive in the game. It you get 5mr and armor, 20% bonus damage to dragons, and 5mr and armor for every dragon killed. Elder doesnt count. Her old passive gave it to you base on what level you were. If you cant get dragons,its useless. I wouldnt mind somthing new but a revert would also be cool. Even MonkeyKing has a guarenteed effect although it sucks.

She is currently on the tier 1 list for a VGU so probably no minor changes until after she gets her large scope kit change.

Where is this. The. Last road map said nothing about that. We just got mordakaiser and a new support. They did mention a new assasin too thats in early development phases.
