Kled - LOOK AT THE BONES!
My thoughts about Kled?
He's from Bilgewater. His appearance, his gun, his accent, his ramshackle-looking spear all imply he's from Bilgewater. I don't think he'd be from Noxus (his general color theme), given that he's killing Noxians en masse and his two words are "YER TRESPASSIN'!".
He doesn't look like a stone wall like Poppy, and given his movements in the video, it implies that he's a mobility-based champion, perhaps not unlike Hecarim or Gnar, but more fragile. I think he's a mobility-based skirmisher or assassin, with more emphasis on roaming and building up that speed over time than getting a boost just by pressing a button. The light frame of both him and his mount suggest this.
I also think he's an assassin because they have those sweeping changes coming up soon, and he'll probably be the herald of that.
