Tfw a hyperscaling mage has the one of the strongest lvl 1 and its k because shes a mage

Cass has one of the strongest level 2's, not 1 since she runs out of mana if she takes E first while doing no damage and still does no damage if she takes Q first. Also scales just as good, if not better, than her and has the highest level 1 DPS in the entire game.
