At level 16 with 30% CD reduction having a 56 seconds cooldown in her ult feels WAY too much. I mean, her ult is not the kind that can flip a teamfight like amumu's.... it doesn't deserve this long cooldown, especially not in late game.
What do you guys think?
Rathar Dashing1 votesIt really can flip a teamfight now if you land it on the right target, and hit a few secondary targets. It dishes out much more damage to secondary targets now, and hits them with even stronger CC and separates them from teammates by a decent amount. It's cooldown seems appropriate for what it does now, and given Vi's new durability it makes sense she shouldn't have it up 24/7.
